Yusef Karimi is a member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and brings over 10 years of experience in providing evidence-based psychotherapy to a diverse range of clients, including children, adults, and couples. Fatima Noorali is a Registered Psychotherapist and a Canadian Certified Counsellor. Over the course of her career, she has served diverse populations by utilizing a wide range of evidence-based treatment modalities, delivered psycho-educational workshops, and build strong rapport and relationships with clients. As a Psychotherapist she has great experience helping clients through self-esteem issues, confidence issues, grief and loss, personal development, anxiety, stress, and depression. She has a strong understanding of the therapeutic value of art, and I adept at facilitating creative expression, self-exploration through different art forms in the treatment planning and in group therapy sessions.
Fatima understands feelings deeply and is here to support you. She knows firsthand how discouraging it can be to lose trust in yourself and your sense of purpose, and she is passionate about helping you take back control. Through personalized strategies and creative approaches, Fatima will guide you in building a toolbox of techniques to reduce stress, reframe negative thinking, kick imposter syndrome, challenge negative core beliefs and embrace self-love. She’ll work with you to explore your strengths, set healthy boundaries, and develop more positive thinking patterns. Together, you’ll create a treatment plan that suits your unique needs, with open-ended questions and interactive activities to help you gain clarity and self-compassion.
When she is not in a session, she enjoys arts and crafts! Additionally, she makes home-made greeting cards/gift baskets, does meditation, cooking, and journaling. When she needs something more playful, she is always down for a quick walk and playtime with her dog, Rosie.
