My areas of focus include anxiety disorders, trauma, PTSD, MVA, OCD, panic disorders, depression, anger management, stress, and crisis intervention. Other areas include supporting individuals with borderline personality disorder, bipolar disorder, trichotillomania, eating disorders, substance use, addictions including smoking cessation, and system navigation issues. My ideal client presents to therapy with multiple emotional, psychological, behavioural, coping and sometimes relationship problems.
